Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Follow these 4 easy steps for your return
1. Send us an email at [email protected] with your username and order ID. You can find both of these in your account section.
2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Be sure to replace the address slip on the package with the new one that you have created or printed.
4. Wait until we receive your return (up to 2 weeks) and once we confirm that we have received your package we will credit your account.

Terms and conditions of our Return Policy:
- You can return any item/items that you have purchased in no more than 30 days after you have placed your order.
- Items must be in the same condition as they where in when you have received them without stains or visible signs of wear.
- We will credit your account with the same amount as the one you have paid for your item (in USD currency). We are not responsible of any charges applied by your bank for the conversion to USD from any other currency.
- You will have to pay the return shipping cost.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after you have placed the order.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after you have placed the order.
- Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
